Monster Hunter - The challenge is insane, but the feeling of hunting and finally slaying a beast after hours of prep is worth it all! The series is addicting and I have logged huge amounts of time into Monster Hunter 3: Ultimate and Monster Hunter 4: Ultimate. Each game has new hunting grounds, such as the Tundra or Flooded Forest, in addition to new monsters along with old favorites.
The Legend of Zelda - Obviously a huge love of mine. These games are among my best gaming memories. Link's Awakening blew my mind when I was small and Wind Waker did the same years later. The series always manages to capture my imagination. I love the lore surrounding the series with the various species, locations, and temples.
I'll add more as we go along!

I love Pokémon because I grew up with it. I really like raising a nice team and enjoy going on an adventure, and there are many great Pokémon species. I've always loved the Mario and Kirby series. In particular, the platformers are great "pick up and play" games; you can easily get into them, and try it, familiarize yourself with them straight away. I feel that Starfy is like that too and I love that. I equally love many of the other Mario games from other genres as well. I love the Super Mario RPGs and other games like Mario Kart. I like the Wario Land (it's awesome) and Donkey Kong Country series, although I haven't beaten all of them. I like WarioWare and Rhythm Paradise as well. I love Tomato Adventure and Kaeru no Tame ni Kane Wa Naru and consider them as classics. Mostly I enjoy playing games and dont care what frnachise they are, but those are my favorites Yes. As long as a game is fun and engaging I feel it's all that matters really. I also think that if a game looks fun, I will happily play it and I like to try out new things. I love to get into new franchises when they come out like Splatoon, BOXBOY, HarmoKnight, Hana Samurai, NES Remix. Sometimes games from new franchises get mediocre reviews, but if a game looks interesting, I will happily try it.

I enjoy Pokemon for pretty much the same reason as you: its fun, addicting and immersing. I think there are many great pokemon both concept and battlewise. I think the best thing about pokemon is how it mixes different cultures. Different pokemon are based on different creatures or concepts around the world and thats what makes it interesting Yes. I LOVE getting into new IPs (whether its an actually recent IP or an ip tjat i havent played before). And yeah I dont care for reviews: some games I love get mediocre reviews*cough* pmd and cns *cough*

Do you like the Mario Party games? It is one of my favorite Mario-related series Yeah. I like Mario Party. I love going on the board and playing the minigames. It's fun with a friend or family member, like WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Party Game$ which I used to play a lot with my big brother. In particular, I really enjoyed Mario Party 4. I also used to have fun with Mario Power Tennis. That reminds me that I love the Super Smash Bros. series (I played so many Super Smash Bros. Melee matches with my brother). They are really fun. I like playing with items, but the game is still really fun without items as well. I like it when unexpected things happen such as getting a cool Assist Trophy, or a strong Pokémon from a Poké Ball, or getting an explosion from a Smart Ball. I can't help but smile when Starfy and Sablé Prince appear as Assist Trophies, ha ha ^-^. I love the company Nintendo in general, and think it is great to see many characters from Nintendo's legacy fight on stages from different universes in Super Smash Bros. I enjoy Pokemon for pretty much the same reason as you: its fun, addicting and immersing. I think there are many great pokemon both concept and battlewise. I think the best thing about pokemon is how it mixes different cultures. Different pokemon are based on different creatures or concepts around the world and thats what makes it interesting Yeah. I agree ^-^ That's a great point and I love that. You have the Pokémon like Vanilluxe, Scraggy, Ho-Oh, Froslass, based on a variety of cultures, legends, and traditions, and there are Pokémon based on many real world species, even an archaeopteryx (Archeops). I agree with this 100%. I LOVE getting into new IPs (whether its an actually recent IP or an ip tjat i havent played before). And yeah I dont care for reviews: some games I love get mediocre reviews*cough* pmd and cns *cough* Exactly, trying out new experiences is a great part of the fun, especially when the IP is new or not as known, maybe that makes the game a lot more memorable.

I found Mario Party 4 to be extremely underrated by fans. It often gets lost between the pinnacle of N64 Mario Parties and the pinnacle of GameCube Mario Parties. I thought 4 had great games and fantastic boards. Shy Guy's Jungle Jam is still one of the best boards to me. Mini-games like Cliff Hangers and Dungeon Duo really make playing with a friend memorable.
Mario Power Tennis is one of the most polished Mario games. The animations, mannerisms in the victory ceremonies, and the opening cutscene are all extremely endearing. I love the game mechanics and the mini-games are my favorite from the Mario sports games. The courses are fun. Luigi's Mansion is my favorite.

Did you like New Leaf more? I love Halloween on New Leaf. It is so exciting and the furniture is awesome! I favorite season is also Autumn on the game, so it all works out. I keep starting new villages.
