keeby: I hope someday Stafy gets a new game, but with the weird un-Stafy-like direction the fifth game took who knows what it’d be like. People need to know about this series beyond the fifth game. I still have that big Stafy plush sitting in my room. :starfy1:

A new Super Smash Bros. game for Nintendo Switch was mentioned in yesterday's Nintendo Direct.

Nothing is known about it yet other than the Inklings are shown in battle, implicitly suggesting they could be new playable characters.

While the chances of Starfy appearing as a playable character may be very slim, it might give a little more exposure to Starfy as an Assist Trophy with the Nintendo Switch being very successful so far.
