Favorite Aspects Of The Starfy Series!

Which 90's cartoons? I am a huge fan of that period of cartoons. Maybe the Snorks!

I have always loved water levels in platforming games, so I guess I cannot identify with that aspect.

Boss battles are really bland in most platforming games, even DKC has a problem with them in the first game. So that is good that they stand out so well here. I saw man of them on the Starfy Wiki.

I definitely like the gameplay mechanics of the games especially the water gameplay. In most other series games water levels, the character would usually feel slow and kind of hard to control when swimming. A water timer used for most characters would also usually make it less of an incentive to stay underwater especially for Sonic games. But with the Starfy games, it feels like I'm flying underwater with nothing resisting me but the currents. The Starfy games always seem to have a perfect balance between water and land gameplay making them very enjoyable for me to play.

I also like that the games usually can be played without any understanding with the Japanese language to do that. Granted, the post game of Starfy 4 and one puzzle in one of the earlier games did give me trouble without a guide, but the controls, puzzles and levels are usually straightforward enough to complete without understanding a thing. If it were an rpg or a game where it requires u to go through a bunch of text options, these games would be much harder to get into.
