keeby: Heard the good news about Stafy and decided to come back here. How is everyone doing?

cozycabin: I remember this place! I cannot say that I have much interest in Starfy anymore, but I do have warm feelings for forums like this. I wonder if the mid 2010s can be considered the last gasp of specialized internet forums?

guava: HELL yes keep the starfy proboscis to the proverbial 2023 grindstone starfy nation... speaking of,, what would starfy look like with a proboscis? cant tell if would be cool or creebpy...

ursule: Wow never knew such a place like this existed much less being somewhat active! Also I too hope for a Starfy 6!

j0hnca1vin: Just discovered this site too Just bought three physical copies of Starfy 1-3 so I could finally own them legally. Hopefully if Starfy 6 becomes a thing, it'll revive the forum

blobfish: It's going great just found out about this site today. Interesting there are random medicine ads posted in random forums, but ig that's kinda bound to happen after so much inactivity

keeby: Sorry about this series of messages that I rambled on about. I don’t know a better way to put my feelings. Thanks torchickens, thanks everyone, and goodbye. (End of sad rant… I think. 10 shoutbox messages, wow!)

keeby: I hope someday Stafy gets a new game, but with the weird un-Stafy-like direction the fifth game took who knows what it’d be like. People need to know about this series beyond the fifth game. I still have that big Stafy plush sitting in my room.
Jun 2, 2022 18:18:48 GMT
keeby: I’m going to post my thoughts on the games as I go through them, although not here. Finally, if anyone from the forum’s peak in 2016 reads this, thank you. I thought about the state of this forum and it made me sad. Stafy really deserved better. (8/10)

keeby: Dead franchises can still have active, passionate fanbases and fandoms; Just look at Wario Land or Golden Sun. It didn’t have to end here, and I’m excited to finally play the series all over again. Plus this year’s the 20th anniversary, coincidentally.

keeby: Torchickens, if you see this, I miss you and hope you can come back to moderate this forum someday. I had almost completely forgotten about Stafy and the little community we had, and that saddens me. Stafy may be over, but we can still celebrate it. (6/8?)

keeby: … because it’s been well over a decade, and there’s no hope for a new Stafy game anymore. It doesn’t help that Smash made Stafy seem like a wimp, plus all those unnecessary comparisons to Kirby when Stafy’s so much more. (5/8?)

keeby: I miss the small but passionate community we had in 2016. It had some overlap with KRR, such as goldmaster11. Everyone’s gone without a trace now, though. It makes me sad. I guess people gave up on Stafy because

keeby: Unfortunately, I don’t feel motivated to come back here to post about my playthroughs as this place is somehow even more of a dump than KRR, and our only moderator, torchickens, has been gone for a while. (No hard feelings I hope!) (3/5?)
Jun 2, 2022 17:59:12 GMT
keeby: I’ll mostly be playing them in order, with the exception of the fifth game which I’ll be playing first because I recall hating it, don’t consider it a true Stafy game, and want to spend time enjoying the games that made me love the series instead. (2/4?)

keeby: Hi. It’s been ages. I came back here to say I’m going to start playing through all 5 Stafy games again since the first time I played through them was in 2016, which was a very long time ago, and I forgot about how much I loved them and miss them. (1/4?)
